However, people decided to repulse during the collision, the magician arranged a very small explosion – as a result of which the demon fell under the ground, and the whole country turned into an enclave separated from the rest of the world, surrounded by a bottomless canyon, where all evil spirits lived. The evil Mordessa began to rule there, who wanted to revive Vatara, and sacrifice the princess of the nearest Selenhaim. The canyon gradually became smaller and now, finally, it became so small that all kinds of orcs and evil magicians were able to go on the offensive.

Well, to make all this to our ward, which, as befits the hero of the Middle Ages, is in prison. But here the building is filled with all kinds of orcs and goblins, part of the walls collapse, and we armed with a sword we begin our journey. Quite quickly a clever hunter will join us, and then we will get to help about six more characters. A powerful knight, a frail wizard, a little less frail druidess – in his characteristics resembling a magician, but with the ability to impose healing spells, a clever hunter, a half -carrier – a powerful character similar to a hobbit, and an engineer – a dwarf, so to speak, a pyrotechnician.
Before each mission, you can choose the most suitable for setting the character and arm it. During the passage, you can buy various equipment to your heroes, which in the game in abundance – the main thing is that there is enough money.
However, do not think that we have a role -playing game. Enclave is a purebred militant, there are no dialogs, no pumping, no experience.
Armed at the beginning, we begin to arrange for local enemies of all kinds of beating, the scenery change with kaleidoscopic speed, enemies become stronger and all the action turns into an endless, but damn fascinating robilovo. Accordingly, you often have tasks in finding a key or help and protect the local population. It is curious that the game can be held both for the forces of good and fight on the side of the Mordessa, and the tasks in these cases are diametrically different. For example, if we protect the fortress for the forces of good, then in a different situation we will attack this fortress itself. Accordingly, in the script for badshchiy – you also have heroes. The battles themselves flow quite fiercely and somewhat brutal. Although some special combo-it is not provided here. If there are many opponents around – they try to surround you and attack you from different sides.
What upset is a rudimentary physics, the candlesticks on a table are not shifted, and the local bottles have unprecedented strength.
On the other hand, with script events, the situation is much better, beautiful explosions of walls, crumbling bridges, stone blocks rolling directly on the VAZ – everything is in place. Management in the game is convenient and reconciliated, it is not even felt that this is a port with a console version.
Graphics in the game is gorgeous. The heroes and their enemies have a huge number of polygons, they are covered with over -estate textures, and the slightest details of clothes, weapons and so on are visible on the models.
Each level in the game is essentially a real masterpiece of design thought. If these are underground caves or gloomy locks, underwater houses or hellish monastery of the demon – everything is done at the highest level. Particular attention should be paid to high -quality three -dimensional sound, the cries of orcs and goblins are made at an excellent level. The sounds of the environment and music are also perfectly made, all this in the original on Xbox sounded much worse.

Well, in the end – this is 8.5 points. Of course, not everyone will like the local fighting and primitive physics, but the game had good atmosphere and graphics. And almost all players liked.

Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus
While Ed Bun and John Tobias worked together, their joint brainchild – the Mortal Kombat series slowly but surely fell into decay. It turned out that in order to successfully continue creativity, these two people needed to just part.
Ed Boon, as we know, continued to engage in Mortal Kombat series, but John Tobias and Gigante studio created an extravagant and exclusive for Xbox Original Fiting Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus.
By the way, there were few worthy fighting fights on Xbox Original. By and large, there are only two: Dead or Alive 3 and just an ambiguous Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. Tao Feng is the very complete opposite of MK.
The first minutes spent with the game will seem unpleasant for you, and regardless of your qualification of the sophisticated in the fighting winging. But this is all the salt of this fighting, after a couple of days you will learn to successfully defend, literally feeling another player or AI, and get away from grabbing with the concomitant damage to the enemy. So beloved by many tactics, clamping the enemy in the corner – it simply does not work here. The environment here is mostly interactive, in the manner of Injustice, and if you have a tree, a pole or column on the road, you can grab an obstacle and knock the opponent well in an elegant jump. However, often your hero does not want to grab the column, and this is openly annoying.
Another interesting system in the game is the lack of rounds, and instead you are offered three lines of health points. When one of these lines reaches zero shows you a short video, where a bloodied fighter hardly gets up and rushes into battle. At the same time, the round is not limited in time, and the battles for this last for 5, or even 10 minutes. The block is performed by a simple press of the arrow back, and this system would be very convenient if not for problems with the camera. The fact is that the areas in the game have a very complex architecture and periodically the camera makes an elegant turn of 180 degrees. If we do not have time to react to this U -turn, then we take a step forward and grab the blows with our face.
Constantly blocking all attacks, waiting for a convenient moment for the attack, the system damage system will not allow. That is, if we receive regular damage and hands by hand -even when we block, this leads to injury. The corresponding limbs begin to apply two less damage until we cure them. At first it seems that this is not necessary at all, but it turns out at high levels of complexity that it is done for the sake of balance. As we dubasim the enemy is filled with an indicator of qi and when it is filled, you can either heal the limbs or draw one of three powerful attacks. In general, the fitting system is thought out to the smallest detail. Spending a little game modes. A total of a couple of tournaments, the plot mode, but the fight is one on one.
You will take no less than 10-12 hours to pass the plot regime.
There are only 12 characters in the game, plus one secret. Against the background of the same MK, in this regard, it looked weak, even additional costumes for fighters – there are no. However, the fighters are all diverse and interesting – each with their own style. The quality of the graphics in the game is beyond praise, arenas in the amount of 13 pieces literally amaze with their size and interactivity. Glass windows, wooden partitions, stone figurines and so on – all this breaks, breaks, crumbles and cracks. Bruises, bruises, abrasions, cuts appear on the characters during the battle, and the clothing turns into tattered rags. And this is 2003! The theme of the war in Vietnam was pleased at that time, not that there were just a lot of games, but nevertheless – earlier they were published at least. Most game tasks are linear here, but this is not a minus, but rather even a plus. Here we are destroying which warehouses, here we walk along the jungle of the full dangers and traps, which, by the way, have to be neutralized (and you need to act as carefully as possible and any sharp movement can lead to premature death)
Misses in the game are practically not repeated, and the skill and ingenuity of the scriptwriters deserve exceptional praise. Stripping underground tunnels, special operations for the liberation of the captives, storming of fortified areas, riding a jeep, execution from a helicopter, execution from the boat – in general, the missions are all very spectacular and almost everyone has its own little highlight. With the exception of several tasks, we are constantly accompanied by a team of 4-5 fighters under the control of artificial intelligence. The system command of the detachment here is quite primitive, but every time the team meets with the enemy detachment, a small performance takes place. Local AI – just amazing. The fighters of which one and the other side are perfectly feeling the area, instantly find convenient shelters and fire positions. They never go into a heap, but on the contrary, maneuver and try to take it into the enemy in the ring. Viet Kongians, for example, have their own national characteristics and can fall to the ground by pretending to be dead. Having died a couple of times from such a living pipe, so to speak, you understand why colleagues controlled by artificial intelligence do not forget about control shots. The defeated enemies must be searched, they can find valuable intelligence data, all kinds of information, various souvenirs like a portrait of a leader, and of course weapons and ammunition.
By the way, the variety of weapons in the game is very impressive and, among other things, is replete with Russian-made samples-these are AK-47, SVD, Mosin, PPSh rifle and so on.
The complexity of the game is sometimes uneven, some tasks are held the first time, but you have to sweat pretty much above others. The amount of conservation is limited here, so you have to spend them very carefully. In addition, at first frequent deaths on your part are inevitable because of the old habit of acting, relying exclusively on yourself. Local enemies are strong and insidious, to cope with them without the help of AI-Partniki-it is almost impossible. As always, I want to separately note the stunning attention of Czech developers to trifles, the game contains an almost natural reaction to explosions. If you can rush somewhere nearby, then from the sound for a few seconds lays your ears. Throwing a grenade occurs in two tricks: – When the button is first pressed, we pull out the check and warn the comrades that we have a grenade, and with the second – in fact, we throw.
At the same time, our partners naturally use shelters literally immediately so that God forbid does not hurt. And there are seemingly invisible, but very atmospheric trifles here is a carriage and a small cart.
The engine of the game inherited from the mafia – holds well as well as the stars from the sky, but in general it gives out a very high -quality picture. Although, sometimes it seems, it gives out only one color – green, but this is not surprising, after all, we are in the jungle. The sound is good and, importantly, atmosphere. But why the game can be scruple, so this is for weak physics. Well, we can catch on when walking over the corners and logs fallen to the ground, it is inconvenient and sometimes very annoying.
Well, in the end, this is 8 points out of 10. The most important thing for what you can forgive for almost everything is an atmosphere to play. It is transmitted here simply perfectly – and graphics, special effects, a variety of gameplay, sounds and lickers pleasant to the eye – they play only in her hand.
